- We offer exchanges with 12 days of you receiving your order, along with the original egg retail receipt.
- Your purchase must be unworn, unwashed and have tags attached.
- Exchange will be offered to the same purchase value. In case of a price differential, the store will not refund cash to the customer.
- Undergarments, soft toys & some accessories are unable to be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
- Sale and Final Sale items, altered & customised may not be returned or exchanged.
- Bellamy range is unable to be returned.
- EGG reserves the right to determine a manufacturing defect.
- All Sales items under $50 may not be returned / Exchanged unless they are faulty.
- Shipping is quick as we process orders 1-2 working days. Shipping throughout New Zealand is normally one to three days and standard rate is NZ$7.00, Australia five to ten working days and standard rate is NZ$19.90 Rest of the World NZ$40.
- Postage charges on returns are not refundable, with the exception of faulty items.
- Due to Covid-19 restrictions, please expect delays of up to 5 working days Auckland area and 10 days out of Auckland after dispatch, We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
We currently accept Visa & Mastercard. Your credit card will be charged on clicking the pay now button on the payment page in the checkout. The prices shown on our website are all in NZ$ and the price you pay will be the billing amount shown in the shopping cart plus any additional shipping charges. Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to import or other taxes if the value exceeds the import country threshold.
