    RETURNS & SHIPPING


    Online returns are easy and no fuss! Send back within 14 days & we will refund or exchange your order even on sale items. Simply fill out the return form enclosed with your order. Please return this form completed in full to the above address. Shipping is quick as we process orders within 24 hours. Shipping throughout New Zealand is normally one to three days and standard rate is NZ$6.00, Australia five to ten working days and standard rate is NZ$15.00 Rest of the World NZ$25

    PURCHASE OF PRODUCT

    When you place an order on our website, you will receive an order acknowledgment. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until the dispatch of this order, as we cannot guarantee 100% stock levels until this point.
