Online returns are easy and no fuss! Send back within 14 days & we will refund or exchange your order even on sale items. Simply fill out the return form enclosed with your order. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTWhen you place an order on our website, you will receive an order acknowledgment. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until the dispatch of this order, as we cannot guarantee 100% stock levels until this point. When the order is fulfilled you will receive an email notification that your order is being shipped. The prices shown on our website are all in NZ$ and the price you pay will be the billing amount shown in the shopping cart plus any additional shipping charges. Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to import or other taxes if the value exceeds the import country threshold.

Occasionally, incorrect information may be displayed which could include the price of product, photograph colour variation, description or stock availability.
